SHIPPING

Shipping services, costs, and estimates are shown at checkout for the delivery address entered.

Order Processing

Most orders require 1–3 business days before dispatch. High-volume periods, holidays, address review, or order verification may require additional time.

United States Delivery

AVELLN currently focuses on United States delivery. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Shipping Costs

Available services, costs, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Review the shipping address and selected service before placing the order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking events may not appear immediately after a label is created.

Address Changes

Email support@avelln.com promptly if an address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.

Delivered but Not Located

Check the delivery location, household members, building staff, and nearby safe areas. If the package remains missing, contact the carrier using the tracking details and then email AVELLN with the order number and any claim information.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days when no timeframe was stated, we will provide any notice and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
